Reservation and Cancellation Policies
All Cancellations within ninety (90) days prior to scheduled check-in date will render all deposits and other monies paid as non-refundable.
Cancellations, for any reason, made 90 days or more, from your scheduled date of check-in as shown on your reservation, will qualify for a 50% refund of deposit. We will only be able to make an exception to this if we can rent your parties scheduled reservation to someone else; in this case, you would receive a full refund.
Should you need to cancel within 90 days of your reserved check-in date, you may reschedule your stay for another date; however, the new reservation check-in date must be no later than 180 days from the date of your original reservation check-in date.In this case we will transfer your deposit payment to your rescheduled reservation and apply the funds to you new reservation. The same cancellation policies as stated above, will apply to your rescheduled reservation.
If for any reason we need to cancel your reservation, or any segment of your booking for any reason, you may be offered an alternative date, accommodation, or option. If you are unable to accept, a full refund will be issued for that segment(s).
